TCI Express informs about allotment of equity shares
TCI Express has informed that the Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of Company in its meeting held on today, dated August 12, 2026 has allotted 25,175 (Twenty-Five Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five) Equity Shares as fully paid-up under ESOP-2016 Scheme (Tranche 3 of Part-VII and Tranche 1 of Part - IX), to the eligible employees of the Company, upon exercise of vested options.
