Onward Technologies informs about outcome of board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Onward Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Monday September 28, 2026, has approved an investment of up to ₹13,10,40,000 by way of subscription to up to 1,05,000 1% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (‘OCRPS’) of OT Park (‘OT Park’), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, pursuant to a Rights Issue. The proceeds of the Rights Issue are proposed to be utilised by OT Park for funding its business requirements, including strengthening long-term operating infrastructure and workplace facilities for the Onward Technologies and other general corporate purposes. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with the applicable SEBI Circular are enclosed as Annexure A.
