Astral informs about revised voting results of AGM
With reference to its submission dated August 24, 2026, regarding the Voting Results of the 30th Annual General Meeting of the company pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Astral has informed that due to an inadvertent clerical/typographical oversight in the voting results filed with the Stock Exchanges, under Resolution No. 4 – ‘To consider re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Engineer (DIN: 00067112) as Managing Director of the Company’, the field ‘Whether promoter/promoter group are interested in the agenda/resolution?’ was incorrectly mentioned as ‘No’ instead of ‘Yes’. Accordingly, the company has submitted the revised Voting Results incorporating the aforesaid correction. The company has further clarified that except for the above correction, there is no change whatsoever in the voting results, scrutinizer's report or any other information contained in the original submission dated August 24, 2026.
