West Leisure Resorts has informed that it enclosed a copy of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2026, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, which commenced at 2.00 PM and concluded on 3.30 PM together with a copy of the Limited Review Report of Bharat Gupta & Company, auditors of the Company. In compliance of Regulation 33(2)(b) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the results of the Company for the quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2026, have been signed by the Company’s Non-Executive Director, who is duly authorized by the Board of Directors to sign the said Financial Results. Also attached a certified true copy of the Board’s resolution approving the said results.
