We Win has informed that in terms of the approval granted by the Shareholders of the Company by passing Special Resolution(s) on 19 December 2025 through Postal Ballot, and in accordance with the in-principle approvals received from the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE on 234 March 2026, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, 15th May 2026, has approved the grant of 2,50,000 (Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) Employee Stock Options (Options) of face value 210 each to the eligible employees of the Company, as determined by the NRC, under the We Win Limited ESOP 2025, at a grant price of 210/- per Option.
