Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, TeamLease Services has informed that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced today at 08:30 AM IST and concluded at 09:45 AM IST. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), it has that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee (‘Committee’), the Board of Directors of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders’ of the Company and such other regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, has approved the formulation and implementation of employee stock option plan titled ‘TeamLease Services Limited Employee Stock Options and Restricted Stock Units Scheme 2026’ (“ESOS 2026” or the “Scheme”), in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, the company has enclosed the required disclosures in Annexure A.
