In continuation of its earlier intimations dated October 07, 2026, October 08, 2026, October 09, 2026 and October 14, 2026, Polycab India has informed that the appeal in the matter of Asier Metals vs. Polycab India (‘Company’), was listed on October 15, 2026 before the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (‘Hon'ble NCLAT’), Principal Bench, New Delhi. The Hon'ble NCLAT has heard the matter and reserved for order. The Company will intimate the Stock Exchanges upon receipt of the order passed by Hon’ble NCLAT. The Company shall continue to notify the Stock exchanges of material events or information upon its occurrence.
