Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, Infonative Solutions has informed that the Company in its Board Meeting held today, Tuesday, 11th August, 2026, has approved the acquisition of stake(s) in the following entity: 1. Digital Benchers: To acquire 5,100 equity shares of Digital Benchers. Consequent to this acquisition, the Digital Benchers will become a Subsidiary of the Company. The details as required to be furnished pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as ‘Annexure I’. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 2.30 PM and concluded at 3.20 PM.
