Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain informs about closure of trading window
In terms of Company’s Code of Practices and Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons (including Directors and Promoters) and their relatives, from April 01, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year and Year ending on March 31, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. This trading window closure notice operates independently and does not intend to amend, alter, modify, curtail, or extend any other notice(s) on the closure of trading window, if any, for any other purpose, whether currently in effect or to be issued during the validity of this notice.
