Genomic Valley Biotech submits intimation of approval of extension of time for holding AGM
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Genomic Valley Biotech has informed that at the request of the Company, Registrar of Companies, Haryana vide its letter dated 30th August, 2026, has accorded approval for extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 by 3 months i.e. up to 31st December, 2026, which was earlier due to be held on or before 30th September, 2026. Date of Annual General Meeting will be intimated in due course of time as and when it is decided by the Board of Directors of the Company.

SC Agrotech has informed that SC Agrotech has scheduled the public launch of AgriBridge for Wednesday, 04 November 2026. The initial version of AgriBridge is planned to go live for users on 04 November 2026, from which date interested users will be able to access and begin using the platform. AgriBridge is intended to provide a technology-enabled interface connecting participants in the agricultural supply chain and improving visibility and coordination of relevant workflows. The features made available at launch will be those provided through the live platform; further enhancements may be introduced in phases.
