In line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, Transport Corporation of India has informed that the trading window shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ending June 30, 2026.
