Harshdeep Hortico informs about resignation of independent director
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, Harshdeep Hortico has informed that Shankar Keshava Vailaya (DIN: 00090509) Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company vide their resignation letter dated June 16, 2026, has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from June 16, 2026, due to personal reasons. It has also further informed that there is no other material reason for their resignation other than the reasons as mentioned above. The Company has accepted their resignation and they shall be relieved from their responsibility with effect from June 16, 2026. The additional details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with SEBI Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure-I.
