Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), HB Estate Developers has informed that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the company will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 12:00 Noon through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, to transact the businesses as set out in the Notice convening the AGM.
