Hindustan Organic Chemicals informs about board meeting
In compliance with Regulation 29 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Organic Chemicals has informed that 429th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company (HOCL) will be held on Wednesday, 04th November 2026 from 03:30 PM onwards at Conference room, HOCL Registered & Corporate Office and Kochi factory, Ambalamugal PO, Ernakulam & through Video Conference to consider and approve, the un-audited limited reviewed financial results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the 2nd quarter ended 30th September, 2026 along with other routine agenda items. Further, as intimated vide its letter No. HOC/SEC/Trading Window Closure/2026 dated 28th September, 2026 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/equity shares of the company is already closed from 1st October, 2026 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the 2nd quarter ended 30th September, 2026.

Batra will cease to be Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01.11.2026 consequent upon attaining the age of superannuation on 31.10.2026. Further, Inderpreet Singh, Chief General Manager (Panipat Unit Head) will be promoted as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 01.11.2026.
