HP Adhesives informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the provisions of the Insider Trading Regulations and the Company’s Code, HP Adhesives has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026.
