The 39th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company will be held through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) on July 29, 2026 (Wednesday) at 11:00 am. The Board of Directors has fixed July 03, 2026 (Friday) as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of the members to Final Dividend of Rs 8.00 per equity share of the face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
