With reference to its disclosure dated October 1, 2026, submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, regarding the proposed incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary (‘WOS’) under the name Jubilant Advanced Electronics. In furtherance of the aforesaid disclosure, Jubilant Ingrevia has informed that, pursuant to the approval granted by the Registrar of Companies, the said WOS, Jubilant Advanced Electronics, has been incorporated on October 12, 2026. All other particulars as disclosed in its letter dated October 1, 2026, remain unchanged. The date and time of occurrence of the event is October 12, 2026 at 7:52 PM (IST).

GHCL informs about outcome of board meeting
With reference to letter dated October 14, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), GHCL has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, on Saturday, October 31, 2026 considered and approved the following; 1. Un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter/period ended September 30, 2026, which is in compliance with Indian Accounting Standard (Ind-AS). Copy of the said quarterly financial results along with Limited Review Report issued by the auditor are enclosed herewith as Annexure - 1. 2. Additional Capital Budget of approx. Rs. 88.09 Crs. for the financial year 2026-27. The board meeting commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 2.10 pm. The company has informed that copy of this communication shall also be available on the website of the company (www.ghcl.co.in).
