Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI LODR Regulations read with Master Circular issued by SEBI bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, Manba Finance has informed that the meeting of the Finance Committee (‘Finance Committee’) constituted by Board of Directors of the Company was held on August 24, 2026 the Finance Committee has, allotted 9000 Rated, Unsubordinated, Listed, Secured, Transferable Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (‘NCDs’ or ‘Debentures’) of ₹1,00,000/- each aggregating to ₹ 90,00,00,000/- on private placement basis. Detailed information as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 in respect of allotment of NCDs is given in ‘Annexure A’ to this letter.
