Nexxus Petro Industries informs about appointment of CFO
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’), Nexxus Petro Industries has confirmed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, 10th April, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Aduit Committee, has appointed Anil Bhatt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 10th April, 2026. Further, the information required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill - Para A (7) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure-I’ to this letter. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:00 noon and concluded at 15:00 pm (IST).
