Datamatics Global Services has informed that the 38th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 11:30 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). The Company has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining Members eligible to receive final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the AGM, payment of such dividend, subject to tax deducted at source (‘TDS’), will be as under: a) In respect of shares held in dematerialized mode, the dividend will be payable to the beneficial owners as at close of business hours on September 11, 2026 as per details furnished by the Depositories for this purpose; and b) To all Members in respect of shares held in physical mode after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company / Company’s Registrar & Share Transfer Agents as at close of business hours on September 11, 2026. This announcement is also available on www.datamatics.com. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 38th AGM will be sent to the Members electronically in due course.
