Asian Paints has informed that the shareholders of the Company at their 80th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) held today, 9th July 2026, have approved the appointment of S R B C & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 324982E/E300003) (‘SRBC’) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 80th AGM till the conclusion of the 85th AGM, with requisite majority.
