The Developer has received CC (Commencement Certificate) for its new project Shraddha Paradise Enclave consisting of Himgiri CHS situated at Swapna Nagari, Nirmal Nagar, Agrawal Road, Village Mulund (West) Taluka-Kurla, in ‘T’ ward BMC, Mumbai, with a RERA Carpet Area (Residential) of over - 1,30,000 Sq. Ft. (Approx) and RERA Carpet Area (Commercial) of over - 20,000 Sq. Ft. (Approx) with a potential to generate revenue of around Rs 420 crore (Approx) in the next 3 Years.

In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with related circulars and notifications, Shraddha Prime Projects has informed that the Board has approved the raising of funds through the issuance of up to ₹ 9,700 lakhs by way of a rights issue (‘Rights Issue’). The Board has further constituted Rights Issue Committee to consider, discuss and decide various matters in relation to the Rights Issue, including but not limited to the specific terms of the Rights Issue, such as the determination of the Rights Issue price and related payment mechanism, rights entitlement ratio, the record date and timing of the Rights Issue and other related matters, subject to the receipt of in-principle approval from the stock exchange where the equity shares of the Company are listed or such other regulatory authorities as may be required. The details as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of LODR is attached as annexure - I. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.30 pm and concluded at 4.00 pm (IST).
