Systematix Corporate Services informs about closure of trading window
With reference to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and circular having reference no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period, Systematix Corporate Services has informed that trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Directors, Promoters, Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2026. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company has informed that PAN of Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be freezed by depositories i.e. prohibited for dealing in the shares of the Company with effect from April 01, 2026 till completion of Closure of Trading Window Period, in pursuance of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025.
