Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Systematix Corporate Services has informed that Ankit Gor, Director, Investment Banking - ECM who was a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons from the Company and will cease to be in the employment of the Company with effect from August 04, 2026. The detailed disclosure in Compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular for compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 dated January 30, 2026 is attached as ‘Annexure – I’.
