Yasho Industries has that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 'Listing Regulations’, as amended from time to time, Yasho Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 18, 2026, to consider, approve and take on record following businesses: The standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026; and ; To recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if any; Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
