The Unique Identification Authority of India, under the Indian government, has launched an identity card known as the Aadhaar card. To change a photo in the Aadhaar card, citizens do not require any documentation. They just have to follow these simple steps -
Indian citizens will have to visit the government authorized Aadhaar Card Seva Kendra or Aadhaar Enrolment Centre. The individual can also take assistance from the internet to locate the center.
The support staff will download an enrolment form for you from the official portal.
The individual will have to enter all the mandatory details in the form like name, age, mobile number, etc.
The biometric details will also be taken into consideration for verification purposes.
In the next step, the support executive at the center will click a new photograph for the Aadhaar card photo update.
As a part of the protocol, the individual will again have to submit biometric details for approval.
The fee charged at government authorized centers is Rs. 100/- for change/ update photo in the Aadhaar card.
The executive staff will give a receipt with an Urgent Request Number known as a URN.

Go to the official portal of Unique Identification Authority of India.
Select ‘Download Aadhaar Card’.
In the next step, the customer will have to enter specific details like the Aadhaar number, mobile number, etc.
The portal will ask whether you want the ‘Masked Aadhaar card’ option. Click ‘Yes’ to proceed.
The individual will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number. Enter the OTP. Do not forget to enter ‘Captcha’
The digital copy of your card would be visible on the screen of the device. The customer can choose to download the Aadhaar card. The downloaded version will be known as an e-Aadhaar card.
