You can contact Aadhaar customer care both online and offline for grievance redressal.
Step 1: Visit the official UIDAI website - uidai.gov.in
Step 2: Select the “Grievance” option on the homepage.
Step 3: Now, click on the “Lodge Public Grievance” option.
Step 4: Fill in all the necessary details in the form on the next page that opens.
Step 5: Finally, click on “Submit”.
Step 6: You will shortly receive a text message and an email with an update on your request.

You can also mail your grievance via post to either the UIDAI head office or to any of their regional offices (addresses mentioned above).
Once you submit your grievance, UIDAI initiates a chain of steps to resolve your issue:
Step 1: Clearance is taken from the Deputy Director (UIDAI Public Grievance Officer).
Step 2: After receiving approval from the Deputy Director, the matter is investigated and forwarded to the appropriate regional office.
Step 3: Following that, the assigned regional office looks into the issue and gets it resolved.

Step 2: Fill up an application form along with the requested personal data, enrolment ID, location, and complaint information.
Step 3: Submit the form.
Step 4: You will receive an email or text message with an update about your request on your registered mobile number/email address. You can file your complaint online against:
