The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is responsible for creating basic infrastructure for Jaipur’s development that augments the sustainable growth of the city. Jaipur Vikas Pradhikaran was constituted under the Jaipur Development Authority Act, 1982. Registration Process of Jaipur JDA

The JDA Housing scheme registration procedure can be completed online in a few steps. Here is the step-by-step process:

Step 1: Visit the official Jaipur Development Authority website

Step 2: Go to the menu bar on the top and select the ‘Citizen Service’ option
Step 3: Click on ‘e-schemes’. You will be directed to the page with the JDA housing scheme application form.

Step 4: Click on ‘Proceed’
Step 5: Click on the link to apply for registration that you can find on the new page that opens
Step 6: Enter your details like name and an active phone number on the fresh page that appears on the screen
Step 7: Click on ‘Send OTP’
Step 8: Type in the OTP sent to your mobile number Now, you will be redirected to the JDA Housing scheme form. Enter details in the necessary fields on the form.

Step 9: Click on ‘Next’
Step 10: Now, a list of all the residential schemes will appear on your screen
Step 11: Select the option you want from the list
Step 12: To finish the JDA login process, select the annual income category

Eligibility Criteria for JDA Housing Scheme

To apply for a JDA Housing Scheme, the applicant should belong to Low Income Group (LIGs) or Middle Income Group (MIGs).

To be eligible to apply for this scheme, the applicant should be above 18 years of age
Applicant must have a bank account in their name
Applicant should not have any other house or plot allotted to their name in the past 10 years
Applicant/s or their dependents, including husband, wife, or parents, should not own any other house in any other state

How to View Approved Building Plans from JDA?

Follow the below-mentioned steps to view all the latest and past approved building plans from JDA.

Step 1: Go to the official Jaipur Development Authority website
Step 2: From the top menu and select ‘Town Planning’
Step 3: Now, choose ‘Approved Building Plans’
Step 4: From the drop-down menu, click on ‘List of Approved Building Plans’ A new page will appear with a list of years along with a view button next to each year.

Step 5: Click on the ‘View’ button next to the year of your choice

Now, a list of the chosen year’s approved building plans will open in PDF format. You can download the PDF to your system if needed.

A JDA approval indicates that the particular project is examined, analysed, and processed by the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) before making it accessible to the general public. JDA is responsible for creating basic infrastructure, along with preparing and implementing master plans for the development of Jaipur city.

What is the income eligibility for the JDA housing scheme?

To qualify for the LIG-A JDA scheme, your family’s annual income should be below ₹3 Lakhs. For the LIG-B scheme, your family’s annual income should fall between ₹3 Lakhs and ₹6 Lakhs. If you’re applying for the MIG scheme, your family’s income should be between ₹6 Lakhs and ₹10 Lakhs.

What are the eligibility criteria for the JDA housing scheme?

In order to qualify for the JDA housing scheme, you must be a resident of Rajasthan with an active bank account and at least 18 years of age. You shouldn’t have had any JDA approved a house or plot in your name in the last 10 years. Lastly, you can qualify for JDA housing scheme benefits only if you and your dependents don’t own properties in Rajasthan or any other state.

Do I have to pay a registration fee when applying for the Jaipur New Scheme?

Yes, a nominal registration fee of ₹500 is applicable. However, this fee is refunded if you don’t receive a plot allotment.

What are the online citizen services offered by JDA?

JDA offers a range of online services for citizens of Rajasthan including the issuance of freehold patta, lease deeds, and name transfer/substitution in property. Citizens can also apply for reconstitution/sub-division of property, convert their lease deeds into freehold patta and obtain One Time Lease Certificates (OTLCs) from the website. While some of these services are free of charge, others require a nominal processing fee payment.
