For Real Estate Developers:

  • Sanctioned Plan: Approval from local development authorities like municipalities for construction.

  • Promoter Details: Details such as the project promoters' identity, contact, and address information.

  • Proof of Identity: Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, or other relevant documents from the government for identity. 

  • Proof of Address: Aadhaar card, passport, utility bills, or other relevant documents from the government for identity. 

  • Educational Qualifications: Degree or professional certificates proving the educational expertise of the agent. 

  • Experience Certificate: Valid documents proving the agent's experience in the real estate space. 

  • Registration Certificate: Copy of the registration certificate of the agent. 

  • Declaration of No Criminal Record: Affidavit or self-declaration showing that the agent has no prior criminal record about real estate transactions. 

  • Authorisation Letter: Agents who represent another entity must produce a valid authorisation letter from the entity proving that they are allowed to act on their behalf.

To register a real estate project under RERA Goa, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Visit the RERA Goa website.

  • Step 2: Click on ‘PROJECT REGISTRATION’.

  • Step 3: Then, enter your email id and mobile number in the respective text boxes, enter the Captcha code, and click on ‘Generate OTP’.

  • Step 4: Now, enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and email address and click on ‘Next’.

  • Step 5: Fill in all the required details related to Promoter like name, PAN number, mobile number etc.

  • Step 6: Next, you can upload the necessary documents, make the payment, and confirm the registration.

How to Register as a Real Estate Agent under RERA Goa?

Follow the steps below to register as a real estate agent:

  • Step 1: Visit the RERA Goa portal.

  • Step 2: Click on ‘AGENT REGISTRATION’.
  • Step 3: Enter the mobile number and click on ‘Generate OTP’.

  • Step 4: On the next page, choose the agent type – Individual or Societies/Companies/Partnership Firm/Government Bodies/Limited Liability Partnership/Trust.
  • Step 5: Enter the OTP and click on ‘Next’.

  • Step 6: Input all your application details, upload the necessary documents, and click on Payment to pay the necessary registration fee.

How to Check Project Registration Details Through Goa RERA Portal

You can check the project registration details on the RERA portal using the steps given below:

  • Step 1: Visit the RERA Goa portal.
     

  • Step 2: Click on ‘Login as Agent/Promoter’. 

  • Step 3: Enter the ‘Registration Number’ allocated to you after successful registration. 
  • Step 4: Enter the password and captcha and click on ‘Login’ to proceed.
  • Step 5: Once login is successful, you can see the project dashboard. 

  • Step 6: Under the ‘My Profile’ option, you can find details about the project. Registered users can update the necessary details (if needed).

How to Withdraw Agent Registration with RERA Goa

To withdraw agent registration, the required steps are:

  • Step 1: Go to the RERA Goa portal.
  • Step 2: Click on ‘Other Links’ and then ‘Projects/Agents Withdrawal’.
  • Step 3: On the next page, enter the mobile number and captcha to generate OTP. 
  • Step 4: Then, enter the OTP and click on Search.

  • Step 5: You can see the registered agent details. Complete your withdrawal request based on the status of the project.

How to Withdraw Project Registration with RERA Goa

To withdraw project registration, follow the below steps:

  • Step 1: Visit the RERA Goa Portal

  • Step 2: Click on ‘Other Links’ and click on ‘Projects/Agents Withdrawal’

  • Step 3: Select ‘Project Registration’ and enter the mobile number and captcha.

  • Step 4: Click on ‘Generate OTP’.

  • Step 5: On the next page, enter the OTP for verification. 

  • Step 6: You will see the list of projects, and you can proceed with the withdrawal process by selecting the right project.
