Dodla Dairy has informed that the 31st AGM of the Company was held on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, through video conferencing and other audio-visual means, and the business mentioned in the Notice dated 16 May 2026, was transacted. In this regard, it has enclosed the following: 1. Voting results as required under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. All resolutions as set out in the notice of 31st AGM are passed with requisite majority. 2. Report of the Scrutinizer dated 14 July 2026, pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 (4) of the Companies (Management and Administration), Rules 2014.
