Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Marico has informed about the following changes in SMP of the Company: 1. Pawan Agrawal, who is currently an SMP/KMP and designated as Group CFO and CEO International Business: Rest of South Asia and SE Asia, will take on the expanded responsibility of leading the overall international business of Marico with effect from April 1, 2026. He will be designated as Group CFO and Chief Executive Officer - International Business. 2. Consequent to the aforesaid change, the reporting structure of Binjit Kadakapcedlikayal, Executive Vice President - Middle East & North Africa, and Ryan Bartram, Managing Director - Marico South Africa, currently categorized as SMPs, will move under the ambit of CEO - International Business and they both will cease to be categorized as SMPs with effect from April 1, 2026. Requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (as amended) is enclosed as Annexure I. The disclosure is also being made available on the Company's website at https://marico.com/india/investors/shareholder/stock-exchange.
