In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the trading by the Insiders/Designated Persons, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Alfa Transformers has informed the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending on June 30, 2026 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026 will be informed in due course.
