B.R.Goyal Infrastructure informs about receipt of work order
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), B.R.Goyal Infrastructure has informed that the Company has received a work order from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the engagement of user fee agency through e-Tender for Husnapur Toll Plaza in the state of Maharashtra. The accepted value of the said work order is Rs 39,00,22,575. In addition, the detailed disclosure required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, as amended from time to time, read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 is exhibited hereunto as ‘Annexure - A’.
