GMR Airports informs about incorporation of WOS
GMR Airports has informed that the Company has incorporated GMR Aero Realty (‘GARL’) as its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in India and has accordingly subscribed to the Memorandum of Association of GARL. GARL has been incorporated on October 13, 2026, with an initial subscribed and paid-up share capital of INR 1 Crore /-, divided into 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and shall be engaged in carrying out any Real Estate, Land Development and other related opportunities that may come up from time to time. GARL is yet to commence business operations. The Company shall remit the subscription amount within the applicable statutory timelines. The aforesaid subscription to the Memorandum of Association of GARL by the Company is not a related party transaction. Promoter/promoter group/group companies of the Company do not hold any interest in the said transaction other than any direct/indirect shareholding. There were no governmental or regulatory approvals required for the above subscription.
