Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, BSL has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 19th day of May, 2026 to consider and approve following: 1. Audited Financial Results for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. 2. To consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company is already closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 and shall remain closed till 21st May, 2026.
