No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/31), Constronics Infra has informed that the Promoter of the Company, Vishnuvardhan, has submitted a disclosure regarding the creation of pledge on equity shares of the company held by him, along with the reasons for such creation of pledge.
