Cryogenic Ogs informs about award of order
In accordance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), Cryogenic Ogs has informed that Cryogenic OGS has received a Purchase Order from a Global EPC Company that specializes in bulk liquid storage terminals, refineries, and oil and gas process plants amounting to $2,022,816 (i.e. approximately Rs 19.36 Crores.) The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026 is attached and marked as Annexure I to this letter. A copy of the press release titled ‘Cryogenic OGS Limited Secures Its First Independent Export Order in the Piping Spools Segment, Marking Breakthrough Entry into New Business Vertical’ is enclosed for information and records.
