Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Datamatics Global Services has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, to: consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026; and recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. As informed vide its communication dated March 27, 2026 regarding intimation of closure of the trading window, the company has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
