Re-appointment of R V K S and Associates, Chartered Accountants Internal Auditors: Based on the recommendation of the Audit committee, the Board has approved the re-appointment of R V K S and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Internal auditors for the financial year 2026-2027. The details required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and the SEBI circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given as Annexure -A.
