Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (referred as the ‘Listing Regulations’) D. P. Abhushan has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the corporate office of the Company situated at 19, Chandani Chowk, Ratlam – 457001, Madhya Pradesh, 1. to consider, approve & take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026 as per Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulation and 2. to conduct any other businesses as may be decided by the Board. Further, pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from April 1, 2026 and the same will be re-opened after 48 hours of the declaration and publication of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
