On the concern side, raw materials price volatility caused by various factors such as the quality and availability of supply, consumer demand, changes in government programs and regulatory sanctions. The prices and supply levels of raw materials are dependent on factors, which are not in its control such as general economic conditions, competition, production levels and transportation costs.
The company is coming out with a maiden IPO of 46,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. The issue has been offered in a price band of Rs 125-132 per equity share. The aggregate size of the offer is around Rs 57.75 crore to Rs 60.98 crore based on lower and upper price band respectively. On performance front, revenue from operations increased by 166.04% from Rs 4,935.68 lakh in Fiscal 2025 to Rs 13,130.90 lakh in Fiscal 2026. Profit after tax increased by 84.18% from Rs 810.96 lakh in Fiscal 2025 to Rs 1,493.60 lakh in Fiscal 2026.
Meanwhile, it plans to broaden its product portfolio by introducing higher-end plasma cutting systems, CNC-integrated models and automation-ready welding solutions, Laser welding and Laser cutting solutions. The objective is to address demand from customers who are moving towards higher precision, tighter process control and greater automation in cutting and welding operations, particularly in automotive, infrastructure and fabrication sectors. Going forward, it intends to strengthen its position in the Indian market by expanding the number and coverage of authorised dealers, service centres and technical representatives. Its focus includes emerging industrial zones and Tier II and Tier III cities where fabrication and manufacturing activity is increasing and access to local support is a key decision factor for customers.
