3M India has informed that Kong Sau Wai Elizabeth (DIN: 10879418), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, has tendered her resignation from the Board of Directors by letter dated October 20, 2026. The resignation will take effect at the close of business on November 6, 2026, as she has decided to pursue professional opportunities outside 3M. The resignation will be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for noting.
