Mahindra EPC Irrigation informs about award of contract
In terms of Regulations 30(3), 30(4) read with Para B, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 (‘Regulations’), Mahindra EPC Irrigation has informed that the Company has been awarded contract for supply of Micro Irrigation Systems under community micro irrigation project. The details of above Orders as required under Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure-A. The said information will also be uploaded on the website of the Company https://www.mahindrairrigation.com. The Company received orders for this contract on 19th May 2026 at around 3.45 pm.
