In reference to Trading Window Closure intimation dated March 25, 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for its designated persons shall remain closed up to 48 hours post declaration of the said financial results. Accordingly. the trading window shall reopen from Wednesday, May 13, 2026, post 48 hours on declaration of the said financial results.
