In continuation of its announcements dated April 21, 2026 and May 22, 2026 and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and other provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PNC Infratech has informed that the Company has received a Certificate of Incorporation on June 21, 2026 for incorporation of a Subsidiary Company in the name and style of 'BARABANKI MUSTAFABAD HIGHWAY’ as a Special Purpose Vehicle (‘SPV’) on June 17,2026 having CIN: U42101DL2026PTC467540 to implement a Highway Project awarded by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Additional details of the Project pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/4(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30,2026 are enclosed.
