Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Corporation), Premco Global has informed that the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders from July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
