Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI LODR, RMC Switchgears has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors in its meeting held today approved the allotment of 5,020 equity shares having Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 10,57,68,500 to Rs. 10,58,18,700.
