In compliance with Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shakti Press has informed that it enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-2026, to be approved and adopted by the Members of the Company in the 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 12:30 pm through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). The Notice along with the Annual Report will be sent to the registered e-mail IDs of the Shareholders who hold shares of the Company as on July 24, 2025, being the cut-off date for dispatch of Notice and Annual Report.
