Tips Music informs about resignation of CEO
Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Tips Music has informed that Hari Nair, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Key Managerial Personnel) has tendered his resignation with effect from the close of business hours of April 30, 2026, in order to pursue new opportunities. Following his departure, Girish Taurani, Executive Director and Sushant Dalmia, Chief Financial Officer will jointly take Nair’s responsibilities. The Company has initiated the process of identifying and appointing a suitable candidate as the new CEO. The detailed disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure I. A copy of resignation letter dated March 10, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure II. Further, copy of the press release in this regard is enclosed as Annexure III.

Tips Music informs about GST inspection
In continuation to its earlier announcement dated February 18, 2026 and further developments thereto, Tips Music has informed that GST inspection or search operation was conducted by the Goods & Service Tax Department, Mumbai, Maharashtra, at the Account Office of the Company. The said operation commenced on February 17, 2026 and concluded on February 20, 2026. The Officers of the Company fully cooperated with the officials of the GST Department throughout the operation and provided all necessary documents, information, and clarifications as requested. There is no material impact on the Company's financials, operations or other activities. The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, are enclosed as Annexure A.
