In pursuant to the Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shanti Educational Initiatives has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, to consider the following business as under: 1. To consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026; 2. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in accordance with company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘Code’) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results. The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code.
