Shree Steel Wire Ropes has informed that the financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 have been reviewed by Audit Commitee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at the Board Meeting held on 13th July, 2026. Previous period's figures have been regrouped or rearranged, wherever necessary. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of Steel Wire Ropes and Wire Rope Allied Products, which in the context of lndian Accounting Standard (lND AS)- 108 ‘Operating Segment’, is considered as the operating segment of the Company. The Figures for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026 is the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date figures up to the third quarter for the relevant financial year which were subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors.
